We aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return your painting, our return policy is as follows:
Eligibility for Returns:

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the artwork.

Acceptable Reasons for Return:
- The painting arrived damaged.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The painting significantly differs from its description or listing.
3. Photographic Evidence: To initiate a return, you must provide clear photographs of the damage, incorrect item, or discrepancy within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the painting.

The return shipping cost will be covered by the seller.
Refund Policy:

A full refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected to confirm its original condition.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or by EFT within [7-10] business days after the return is approved.
Exceptions:

Custom or commissioned artwork is not eligible for return unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Return Policy for International Customers:
Due to the high cost of International shipping, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders outside South-Africa. All international sales are final. Please ensure you review product details before purchasing.
To protect your purchase, we strongly recommend that you request full insurance coverage from our chosen courier. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays once the artwork has been handed over to our shipping provider.
